Citizens' survey on the communication of the municipality

The municipality also wishes to identify the citizens’ interest in the communal politics to understand how it can involve the inhabitants more actively and as such integrate the insights gained from this survey in its communication strategy.

By participating in this survey, you can actively influence the measures that will be implemented within the municipality’s communication plan to enrich and to facilitate the access to information and to ensure that the citizens of Steinfort will continue to obtain the most relevant information (on public services, activities, etc.). 

Every resident of the municipality of Steinfort is invited to participate in this survey. The survey is anonymous and will be treated confidentially. The information collected in this questionnaire is necessary for our survey, which analyses the information needs and wishes of the citizens as well as their interest in the municipal politics. These personal data are subject to computerized data treatment which is necessary in the context of the processing of this survey. The municipality of Steinfort as well as the company responsible for the evaluation of this survey will have access to this information. The data you provide will be kept for the necessary period in order to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes or as long as required by law. 

In accordance with the Regulation (EC) 2016/679 on the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or request the restriction of the processing of your data. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to dereference of your data and the right to challenge a decision resulting from an automated process. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the law.
